A+E - Ambulance Attachment
1. Students will receive forms at Induction to read and sign to say they have read the Observers Procedure
2. Students complete Observer Request Form and Observer Aims and Objectives Form and then take these to Joanne (Dr Stephenson's secretary) who will deal with signatures and the faxing of forms to the correct person.
3. Students will complete an Evaluation Form after the day out and give to Joanne to forward on.
