Parking your car
Find somewhere to carefully park your car...
Now that you've found your way to the Hospital your next challenge for the day will be to find a safe, legal place to park it for the day whilst you learn the heroics of medicine! There are over 1400 parking spaces on site but I'm afraid (as per most hospitals) it can be a bit of a hassle.
Hospital (public) car park (Pay and Display)
First hour = free
Up to 2 hours: £1.60
2 - 4 hours: £2.10
All day: £6.50
It is somewhat cheaper if you buy a ticket for £10 which allows you to enter/exit the main hospital car park 20 times. Go to the Estates Dept., top floor Oakwood Annexe (adjacent to Oakwood Hall) to pay the £10, you will then be issued with a barrier car parking pass and sticker for your car. Ask Undergraduate Staff more about this.
Please note that you aren't able to use the Staff car parks.
